Mr. K. Chandra Prakash is renewable energy professional holding engineering degree in electrical with over 2 decades of proven experience in ranging from core Power sectors to Renewable energy Sectors. Prior to starting his own ambitious venture, NeoClean Power Pvt. Ltd, he worked at various levels in the industry from discipline head level to General Manager level roles in various companies like Tata Projects, NEPC, Suzlon Energy, Corporate Ispat Alloys and SembCorp Green Infra.
In his previous roles in various renewable energy industries, he executed various projects from concept to commissioning. He has experience in handling various kinds of projects like Development of Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Wind and Solar Hybrid Projects. He has to his credit handling of 700 MW wind Projects and 100 MW of solar Projects PAN India.
His expertise includes and but not limited to
- Development and Execution of BOS systems like of 220/110/66/33KV Power Evacuation systems, Transformers, Switch gears and Transmission lines.
- Erection and Commissioning Coordination of 700 MW worth Wind Projects in Southern Part of India Under SECI, NVVN, NTPC, State Nodal agencies
- Fully knowledgeable in Group Captive Model, Open Access and IPP model, Net Metering for efficient development of solar PV, Solar Thermal, wind Projects and solar Hybrid Projects
- Identify and convert Potential Land sites for industrial use for Solar and Wind
- Obtain Necessary approvals from KREDL, GOK, KPTCL, DISCOMS and Safety approvals from CEIG
- Vast experience in Participating in Various Govt and Private Tenders.
- EPC discussions with Various Suppliers & works contractors for timely execution of Projects
- Operation and Maintenance of Wind and solar Projects
- Coordinate with DISCOMs and third-party Power buyers for timely payment realization.
AS Co-Founder of NeoClean Power, he will be overseeing overall operations of the company to execute various projects.

Mrs.K.Haritha is a Qualified Computer Science engineer with key interests in supporting agriculture sector with solar agriculture pumps, Hot water systems for commercial buildings and solar systems for environmental friendly green buildings . She is also a social activist with key interests in Arts and Paintings and has conducted various art exhibitions in and around India and overseas. She is enthusiastic and passionate in promoting Renewable energy Sectors and want to bring in Computerized best practices for ease of doing business.
At NeoClean Power, she will be involved in HR activities, infrastructure building, Employee engagement & training and al establishment statutory compliances as needed from time to time.

He has been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium
as well as large sized enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects
financed from various banks. His experience shall be utilized at NeoClean Power, for various F& A activates during pre-Project, Project and operational phase of the plant as and when executed.
